EasyFlights does not directly process refunds through its financial institution due to certain limitations or regulations. If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed by the airline, payment processor, in accordance with their respective policies.

Airline Responsibility: refunds for cancelled or altered flights will be issued directly by the airline, in accordance with the airline’s refund and cancellation policies.

8. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

8.1 Passports and Visas

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport, visa, and other required travel documents. EasyFlights does not provide immigration advice and is not responsible if you are denied boarding or entry into a destination due to incorrect or missing documentation.

8.2 Health Requirements

You are responsible for meeting any health requirements (e.g., vaccinations) for your destination. We recommend checking with the appropriate authorities before traveling.

8.3 Check-In and Boarding

It is your responsibility to check the specific check-in and boarding requirements of your airline. Failure to check in or board on time may result in denial of boarding or loss of your ticket.
